1. Services & Booking

Monsoon Trailer Rental LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides trailer rentals, car hauler rentals, and utility equipment rentals in Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Sedona, Camp Verde, and surrounding areas in the Verde Valley.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain valid motor vehicle insurance to rent equipment from us.

  • Reservations & Payment: All bookings made through our website or online booking widgets are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment and any required security deposit must be completed prior to trailer pickup or delivery.

  • Equipment Use & Care: Renters are responsible for maintaining and operating rented equipment safely and in accordance with all local, state, and federal towing regulations.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Program Terms

Monsoon Trailer Rental LLC offers a mobile text messaging program to communicate with customers regarding bookings, rentals, and customer care.

  • Program Description: By providing your phone number and opting in (via our website booking form, contact forms, or booking widget), you consent to receive SMS notifications from Monsoon Trailer Rental LLC. Messages include transactional updates, booking confirmations, rental reminders, pickup/return instructions, and direct customer support responses.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any text message received from us to unsubscribe. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
